Polinas keen interest in all things wine started in 2001 in Dublin while working for many up and coming restaurants.

Polina has made some invaluable contacts in Ireland and France - through extensive travelling and is ideally positioned to curate highly specialized wine lists for private and public collections. 

In 2018 she completed her WSET Level 3 and is now studying further.
